Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order; it is simply an acknowledgment of receipt.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time due to availability or pricing errors.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP/EUR and include VAT (if applicable).
Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on whether the item is made to order or in stock. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
We currently ship to the UK and across Europe.
Any EU customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
