If for some reason you’ve changed your mind, you can cancel or return any non-custom product back for a full refund. You must make sure that the product is in it’s original packaging and in a saleable condition and sent back to us at your own cost within 14 days. Any product which is made to bespoke specifications in any way, we cannot offer refunds in this case. In any case here, please get in touch and we will help you with this.

Faulty/Damaged
If your product has been delivered and is faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours with the details and photo’s and we will see if there’s anything we can do to help and if not we’ll arrange collection of your product and send out a replacement.
Bespoke orders
When we make bespoke lights for our customers, in general, we are unable to offer refunds on them. However, if we have not yet started work on your bespoke order, we can cancel it and offer a refund, but if work has already started, we can not offer a refund in this case.
