UK Delivery

We stock some of our products where we’re able to send out straight away, but mostly we make to order within the lead time stated on each product page. In this case, we will ship your product on the earliest working day after completion.  The cost of UK delivery will depend on each product and destination, and this cost will appear at checkout. If a delivery charge does not appear for your specific location, then please get in touch and we will price this for you. 

European Delivery

We ship to all EU countries and in most cases the shipping cost will appear at checkout, but some locations are not in our system as standard and an automatic delivery cost may not appear. If this happens, please get in touch and we’ll work a cost out for you. Please be aware that shipping costs to EU customers do not include customs clearance, duties or import taxes, any additional import charges will be the responsibility of receiver.

Pallet Delivery

Large products/orders may need delivering on a pallet and this cost may not show up at checkout, so please get in touch and we’ll work this cost out for you. When receiving a pallet delivery we will require the following:

• Once a delivery date has been confirmed, you must make sure someone is available to accept the delivery as the pallet will be returned to the depot and additional charges will be applied for further delivery attempts.

• Before placing your order, please ensure that your item can be safely and easily delivered to your property. It’s the customer’s responsibility to let us know in advance about any potential access restrictions or delivery challenges.

  If we’re unable to complete the delivery due to access issues or other unforeseen obstacles, the item will be returned to our workshop and a re-delivery charge will apply.

  Please also note that additional fees may be incurred for cancelled orders after dispatch, failed delivery attempts, or return collections.

• Deliveries made via pallet will be to the kerbside only. Couriers are not required to move items into your home or onto your property. We strongly recommend having two capable people available to receive and safely move the item upon arrival.
